EPICON ZINC RICH PRIMER B-2

Is an epoxy zinc rich primer based on a combination of an epoxy resin and polyamide resin pigmented with metallic zinc powder. This product has excellent rust preventing property, excellent physical properties such as toughness, impact and also excellent resistance to sea water, heat and oil.

CERABOND 2000

By special techniques, the content of zinc in this product has been reduced to less than that of conventional in-organic shop primer. This product is extremely resistant to heat, has excellent welding/suitable for welding and cutting.

In-Organic Zinc Paint Base

GALBON SP

By special techniques, the content of zinc in this product has been reduced to less than that of conventional inorganic shop primers and CERABOND 2000 excels in heat resistance, anti-white rusting and welding properties.

GALBON S-HB

A self curing type of alcohol soluble in-organic zinc rich paint with good airless spraying operability, which can obtain a 75 micron thick film by one coat. In combination with organic paints, Galbon S-HB is specified as long lasting heavy duty paint. It also provides excellent heat resistant up to 400 oC.

High build type epoxy resin zinc rich paint based on a combination of epoxy resin and polyamide resin. This product has excellent physical properties such as toughness, impact and abrasion resistance and also has excellent resistance to sea water, heat and oil.

BANOH 500

This product is pure epoxy resin and can be used as multi purpose primer which gives excellent physical properties such as toughness, abrasion resistance, good adhesion and also has excellent flexibility, resistance to sea water and cathodic protection. This product suitable for most areas of ship.

UNIVAN NT

Is a surface tolerant, high solid of modified epoxy rust preventing paint based on combination of epoxy resin and polyamide resin ( Lead and chrome free). This product can minimized surface preparation works and has excellent resistance for water & salt water. Also has excellent physical properties such as toughness, impact and abrasion resistance.

SPECIAL COATINGS

PERMASTAR WE-300 UNDERCOAT AND WE-300 FINISH

Non solvent type of epoxy resin and specialty used for under water applicable with curable painting system on under water areas. This product has advantages:

- Easy application and sufficient drying properties in under water areas.

- Safe and hygienic since it is non solvent type of epoxy resin (no water pollution) - Good adhesiveness and good anti corrosive properties.

HI-FLOOR 100

Non solvent epoxy resin and has been developed as a heavy duty floor coating for concrete.

HI-FLOOR 950

Based on epoxy resin and electrically conductive powder for heavy duty concrete floor coating. This product has excellent conductivity (below 107 Ωsurface resistant).

PERMAX 3000-S.

High build coating based on epoxy resin and polyamide resin with glass flake. It has excellent anti-corrosive property, excellent resistance to chemical properties, seawater resistance, oil resistance, alkali and weak acid resistance. It can be applied 300 – 500 micron thickness per coat.

ECOMAX HB

High build tar free modified epoxy coating. Can be used in splash zone and submerged areas of offshore, dam gates, external tank, bridges and suitable for piping external to be insulated.

FLUOREX FINISH

Is a fluororesin finish paint based on combination of fluororesin and polyisocyanate resin pigmented with excellent weather resistant color pigments. It has long term gloss retention and excellent physical properties such as toughness, impact and abrasion resistance, oil resistance and sea water resistance.

ALKYD PAINT

LZI PRIMER

Rust preventing paint based on alkyd resin. This product has advantages such as : Excellent rust-preventing and adhesion property, fast dry and physical property such as impact and bending.

EVAMARINE UNDERCOAT AND FINISH

Based on alkyd resin paint with excellent adhesion property, weathering resistance and excellent color retention.

POLYURETHENE PAINT

UNYMARINE 300 UNDERCOAT & FINISH

Polyurethene coat paint, based on combination of acrylic polyol and non yellowing polyisocyanate resin and pigmented with excellent weather resistant color pigment.

HEAT RESISTANT PAINT

Is a silicone heat resistant paint, based on silicone resin pigmented with heat resisting color pigments. There are many selection of Silicone Heat resistance paint from 200oC, 400oC and 70o0 C. These products have excellent heat resistant, weathering resistant and good adhesion property.

ANTI FOULING PAINT

SEA GRANDPRIX 330-R, SEA GRANDPRIX 1000/2000 AND CF-10
